During the visit of HE the Ambassador of Qatar to Mexico Mohammed Al-Kuwari to the city of San Luis Potosí on October 22, he participated as a guest of honor at the Latin American Forum of Cultural Practices with persons deprived of their liberty in support of the programs of the UN and the initiatives of the State of Qatar in Mexico and its commitment to human development.

The forum headed by Governor Juan Manuel Carreras, Minister of Culture of San Luis Potosí, Armando Herrera Silva; The Ambassador gave a speech in which he expressed the importance of Qatar's initiatives in accordance with the 2030 State National Vision to support social development in the country and in several countries of the world, as an example, support for prisoners in more than 60 countries, including the state of San Luis Potosí, to promote the social integration of these people and guarantee a more egalitarian society.
